Ingredients

  • 2 rashers lean bacon
  • 30g low fat soft cheese
  • 2 medium sliced wholemeal bread
  • 1 small tomato

Method

  1. Turn the grill on to a medium heat.
  2. Grill the bacon.
  3. Meanwhile you can add the soft cheese to both slices of bread and slice the tomatoes.
  4. Once the bacon is cooked add it to the bottom slice of bread, then place the tomatoes on top. To finish place the other slice of bread on top of everything and enjoy.
