Avocado & Prawn Roll Recipe

This quick and easy lunch recipe is full of flavour and healthy fats and protein. So simple to make and at under 400 calories you can’t go wrong.

  • 10g iceberg lettuce
  • 30g avocado
  • 70g granary bread roll
  • 1 tsp mayonnaise
  • 60g cooked and peeled prawns


  1. Slice the lettuce. Finely slice the avocado.
  2. Slice the roll in half and spread the top half with the mayonnaise.
  3. Arrange the prawns on the bottom half with avocado slices and iceberg lettuce on top before closing the roll.
