Prawn and Avocado Cocktail

A modern twist on a classic prawn cocktail - try our superfood avocado and cooked prawns in a Marie Rose sauce, served on a bed of crisp Little Gem lettuce - all for under 300 calories per serving.

- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ medium avocado (72.5g)
- 100g cooked and peeled prawns
- 1 Little Gem lettuce
- 1 tbsp low calorie mayonnaise
- 1 tsp tomato ketchup
- Dash of Tabasco
- Stir the lemon juice into the avocado pieces, add the prawns and pile onto the lettuce.
- Mix the mayo, ketchup and Tabasco and spoon over the salad.
