A modern twist on a classic prawn cocktail - try our superfood avocado and cooked prawns in a Marie Rose sauce, served on a bed of crisp Little Gem lettuce - all for under 300 calories per serving.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ medium avocado (72.5g)
  • 100g cooked and peeled prawns
  • 1 Little Gem lettuce
  • 1 tbsp low calorie mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp tomato ketchup
  • Dash of Tabasco

Method

  1. Stir the lemon juice into the avocado pieces, add the prawns and pile onto the lettuce.
  2. Mix the mayo, ketchup and Tabasco and spoon over the salad.
