Ingredients

  • ¼ red onion
  • ¼ yellow pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • 3 black olives
  • 30g Feta cheese
  • 50g salad leaves
  • 1 tbsp fat free viniagrette
  • 1 bagel

Method

  1. Roughly chop the onion, pepper, tomato and olives.
  2. Toss the chopped salad ingredients into the salad leaves and drizzle with the dressing.
  3. Add the diced Feta cheese.
  4. Toast the bagel and serve.
