Ingredients
- ¼ red onion
- ¼ yellow pepper
- 1 tomato
- 3 black olives
- 30g Feta cheese
- 50g salad leaves
- 1 tbsp fat free viniagrette
- 1 bagel

Method
- Roughly chop the onion, pepper, tomato and olives.
- Toss the chopped salad ingredients into the salad leaves and drizzle with the dressing.
