  • ¼ red onion
  • ¼ yellow pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • 3 black olives
  • 30g Feta cheese
  • 50g salad leaves
  • 1 tbsp fat free viniagrette
  • 1 bagel

  1. Roughly chop the onion, pepper, tomato and olives.
  2. Toss the chopped salad ingredients into the salad leaves and drizzle with the dressing.
