Greek Salad Recipe


Greek salad is a great low carb meal to have for your lunch or even for a light dinner. Add any extras you like, just make sure to add them onto your food diary.

  • 80g cucumber
  • 615g tomatoes
  • 180g red onion
  • 112g feta cheese
  • 15 black pitted olives
  • 15ml olive oil
  • 17.75ml fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley


  1. Cut the cucumber into chunks.
  2. Slice the tomato and red onion.
  3. Cube the feta cheese and halve the olives.
  4. Mix together the oil and lemon juice for the dressing
  5. Drizzle over the salad.
  6. Top with parsley.
