Cheat's Chicken Caesar Salad Recipe

Using prepared ingredients - such as roast chicken, croutons and Caesar salad dressing - our cheat's "recipe" is super quick to prepare. A lovely, light lunch at just 250 calories per serving.

- 80g roast chicken breast
- 1 Little Gem lettuce
- 3 anchovies
- 10g croutons
- 10g grated Parmesan
- 1 tbsp low fat Caesar dressing
- Chop the roast chicken and anchovies.
- Tear up the lettuce and combine all with the croutons and dressing.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan over.
