Ingredients
80g roast chicken breast
1 Little Gem lettuce
3 anchovies
10g croutons
10g grated Parmesan
1 tbsp low fat Caesar dressing
Method
Chop the roast chicken and anchovies.
Tear up the lettuce and combine all with the croutons and dressing.
Sprinkle the Parmesan over.
