Cheat's Chicken Caesar Salad Recipe

Using prepared ingredients - such as roast chicken, croutons and Caesar salad dressing - our cheat's "recipe" is super quick to prepare. A lovely, light lunch at just 250 calories per serving.

  • 80g roast chicken breast
  • 1 Little Gem lettuce
  • 3 anchovies
  • 10g croutons
  • 10g grated Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp low fat Caesar dressing


  1. Chop the roast chicken and anchovies.
  2. Tear up the lettuce and combine all with the croutons and dressing.
  3. Sprinkle the Parmesan over.
