Avocado, Tomato & Mozzarella Salad Recipe
This low calorie recipe works great as a starter for a meal or a lunch. It’s so quick and easy to make and incorporates almost 2 of your 5 a day – so a great snack to have mid morning to keep you going through the day. Avocados are ripe and in season all year round in the UK so it’s a perfect snack for any season!

- 65g tomatoes
- ½ small avocado
- 5g fresh basil
- 25g mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- Prepare the tomatoes and avocados and slice.
- Tear the basil and mix in with the tomatoes.
- Slice or grate the cheese and add to the salad.
- Sprinkle over the balsamic vinegar.
