Tomato & Herb Tuna Pitta Recipe

For a quick and easy lunch this low fat tuna pitta will do the job! Made up in less than 10 minutes you can always add more salad as filling, but don’t forget to log the extra ingredients!

- 14g Cucumber, Average
- 10g Tomatoes, Sun Dried, in Oil, Morrisons
- 1 Can/130g Tuna, Chunks, in Spring Water, Average, Drained
- ½ Tsp/2.5g Mixed Herbs, Average
- 1 Pitta/75g Bread, Pitta, White, Average
MethodFinely chop the sun dried tomatoes. Slice the cucumber. Drain the tuna and flake.
Mix together the tuna and sun dried tomatoes in a bowl with the mixed herbs.
Split the pitta and fill with the tuna mixture, lay over the cucumber slices and serve.
