Quick Spaghetti Carbonara Recipe
This twist on a carbonara uses turkey instead of ham and the whole meal comes together in around 10 minutes, meaning you can whip this together any night of the week and it won’t take forever.

- 75g dry spaghetti
- 2 turkey rashers
- 50g low fat, onion & chive soft cheese
- 2.5g fresh basil
- Cook the spaghetti in boiling water or as directed on the packet for 8-10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, grill the turkey rashers as instructed on the pack, until crisp and then chop into small pieces.
- Drain the pasta and return it to the hot saucepan. Immediately add the cheese, turkey rashes and basil. Toss together and then serve.
