  • 200g Mushrooms, Closed Cup, Average
  • 80g Spinach, Raw, Average
  • 200g Eggs, Free Range, Medium, Average, Weight with Shell
  • 5 Sprays/1ml Oil, Olive, Spray, Fry Light
  • 1 Serving/100g Tomatoes, Fresh, Raw, Tesco


chop 200g mushrooms - dry fry
add large handful spinach stir fry till wilted
add 4 beaten eggs cook slowly till base firm
place under hot grill till tortilla risen and lightly browned
serve 1/2 with sliced fresh tomatoes

can use any veg combination and add cheese if desired
