Bacon & Onion Omelette Recipe


A great low calorie, low carb lunch or breakfast this bacon and onion omelette is perfect for if you’re on the go. With only 10 minutes to prep and cook this quick and easy meal will get you ready for the day ahead!

  • 2 medium spring onions
  • 1 rasher bacon
  • 1 tsp light spread
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic puree
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper


  1. Chop the spring onion & bacon. Place a frying pan over a high heat and melt the spread. Add the onion and bacon and fry until cooked through.
  2. Beat the eggs with the garlic puree and a pinch of cayenne pepper.
  3. Pour the eggs over the bacon and onion mixture in pan and cook the omelette to your liking.
