Ingredients

  • 454g tinned broad beans
  • 116g creme fraiche
  • 10g fresh mint
  • 400g pork mince
  • 5ml fresh lemon juice
  • 75g fresh cranberries

Method

  1. Cook beans and put into a bowl with creme fraiche and mint, season to taste and mash. Put to one side and keep hot.
  2. Pre heat grill to high, mix pork mince with lemon juice and cranberries.
  3. Make meat mix into 8 patties and grill for 5 minutes each side, ensuring that they are cooked though completely.
