Ingredients
- 454g tinned broad beans
- 116g creme fraiche
- 10g fresh mint
- 400g pork mince
- 5ml fresh lemon juice
- 75g fresh cranberries

Method
- Cook beans and put into a bowl with creme fraiche and mint, season to taste and mash. Put to one side and keep hot.
- Pre heat grill to high, mix pork mince with lemon juice and cranberries.
- Make meat mix into 8 patties and grill for 5 minutes each side, ensuring that they are cooked though completely.
