Ingredients

  • 1 tortilla wrap
  • 2 tbsp passata
  • 2 slices Proscuitto ham
  • ΒΌ ball reduced fat mozzarella
  • 1 tomato
  • 5 basil leaves
  • 1 tsp low fat Balsamic dressing

Method

Preheat oven to 190C

Top the tortilla with passata, ripped mozzarella, proscuitto and sliced tomato...

Cook for 7 minutes, top with basil leaves, a drizzle of balsamic dressing and freshly ground black pepper.

Serve immediately - so quick and easy to make.
