Tuna Pasta Salad

  • 60g dry pasta
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ red pepper
  • ½ green pepper
  • 3 black olives
  • 30g sweetcorn
  • 1 small can tuna in water


  1. Cook the pasta as per packet instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, chop the peppers and slice the black olives.
  3. Drain the cooked pasta and stir in the oil, sweetcorn, peppers, olives and tuna.
