Home Made Pot Noodle Recipe
Pot noodles can be homemade, and they’re so much better for it. Try this recipe for a quick and easy, low calorie snack that comes together in only 15 minutes.

- 1 vegetable stock cube
- 5g medium curry paste
- 100g cooked egg noodles
- 25g frozen peas
- 12.5g spring onions
- Boil kettle and pour 600ml water into a bowl and crumble stock cube into it.
- Add the curry paste and stir to combine.
- Add the noodles to the hot water.
- Cook the frozen peas and spring onion in microwave for a few mins and add to the bowl.
Serve in cups or mugs just like a pot noodle.
