This tomato and caper sauce can be used on basically anything. Make up a big batch and store them in airtight containers for a delicious sauce for pasta, chicken, seafood, or anything you like.

- 454g Tomatoes, Fresh, Raw, Average
- 30g Capers, in Brine, Tesco
- 3g Garlic, Raw, Average
- 2oz/56g Olives, Black, Pitted, Average
- 1 Tsp/5ml Oil, Olive, Average
Place the tomatoes in a large bowl, cover with boiling water and then skin them. Put them in a saucepan along with all the other ingredients. Simmer, covered for about 20 minutes.
Serve with chicken or fish.
