- 240g Celery, Raw, Trimmed, Average
- 150g Onions, Fresh, Raw, British, Waitrose
- 227g Carrots, Aldi
- 9g Garlic, Raw, Average
Roughly chop all veg keep skins on including onion put into large pot of cold water. As soon as water boils boil veg for about two mins remove from heat and strain. add salt and pepper to taste
