Paella Fried Rice Recipe
Try this fried rice as a great use for any leftover rice you might have, or use packet rice. With this recipe you can get that paella taste quickly and easily.

- 160g chorizo
- 150g onion
- 1 garlic clove
- ½ tsp tumeric powder
- 600g cooked basmati rice
- 100g frozen peas
- Heat spray oil in wok, tip in chorizo, onion and garlic and cook for a few minutes.
- Stir in tumeric followed by cooked rice, peas and 150ml of boiled water (add prawns too if desired, but add to your cals).
- Keep stirring till everything has been absorbed.
