Try this fried rice as a great use for any leftover rice you might have, or use packet rice. With this recipe you can get that paella taste quickly and easily.

Ingredients
160g chorizo
150g onion
1 garlic clove
½ tsp tumeric powder
600g cooked basmati rice
100g frozen peas
Method
Heat spray oil in wok, tip in chorizo, onion and garlic and cook for a few minutes.
Stir in tumeric followed by cooked rice, peas and 150ml of boiled water (add prawns too if desired, but add to your cals).
Keep stirring till everything has been absorbed.
