These lamb kebabs are a great recipe to throw on the BBQ. These make a great meal when served with rice, or serve with a crisp green salad for a great low carb meal.

Ingredients

  • 400g Lamb, Trimmed Lean, Raw
  • 2 Tbsps/30ml Oil, Olive, Average
  • 30ml Juice, Lemon, Fresh, Average
  • 3g Garlic, Raw, Average
  • 10g Oregano, Fresh
  • 1 Med/160g Peppers, Red, Raw, Unprepared, Average
  • 1 Med/160g Peppers, Green, Raw, Unprepared, Average

Method

The lamb in these benefit from marinating overnight, if you can.

Cut the lamb into cubes of about 1 ½ inches. Mix the garlic, oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic, seasoning in a bowl and put the meat cubes in it. Cover and leave in the fridge to marinate.
Heat the grill. Thread the meat and pepper squares onto the skewers, and grill for about 10 minutes, basting with the marinade.
