This is the perfect sweet treat that hits the spot in these warmer months. Easy to make and low calorie, what't not to love.

  • 1 pack raspberry jelly cubes, sugar free
  • 1 pint water
  • 20 raspberries, fresh


  1. Seperate the jelly cubes, and pour over 1 pint of boiling water.
  2. Let cool for 5 minutes before adding in the raspberries (this is to ensure they dont all sink to the bottom) and stirring through, place back in the fridge and leave to set.
