- 50g lettuce
- 4 tomatoes
- 120g houmous, reduced fat
- 120g baba ganoush
- 1 bunch coriander leaves, fresh
- 10ml olive oil
Method
- Make up an eastern themed sharing platter with falafel balls, a salad comprised of fresh lettuce and tomatoes, houmous and baba ganoush to dip, a bunch of fresh coriander and serve drizzled with olive oil.
