120g baba ganoush
1 bunch coriander leaves, fresh
10ml olive oil
Make up an eastern themed sharing platter with falafel balls, a salad comprised of fresh lettuce and tomatoes, houmous and baba ganoush to dip, a bunch of fresh coriander and serve drizzled with olive oil.
