  • 4 tomatoes
  • 120g houmous, reduced fat
  • 120g baba ganoush
  • 1 bunch coriander leaves, fresh
  • 10ml olive oil


  1. Make up an eastern themed sharing platter with falafel balls, a salad comprised of fresh lettuce and tomatoes, houmous and baba ganoush to dip, a bunch of fresh coriander and serve drizzled with olive oil.
