Prawn wrap Recipe

A mix between a sandwich and fajitas this low calorie prawn wrap recipe is perfect for a light lunch. With 3 of your 5 a day incorporated it’s sure to keep you full until dinner! This quick and easy dish would be great served with a small salad with low fat dressing or some pickles if you’ve got the calories spare.

Ingredients

  • 100g prawns, cooked
  • 1 tsp mayonnaise
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • ½ tbsp dill
  • ½ tsp chilli powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 80g lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 14g cucumber
  • 1 tortilla

Method

  1. Place the prawns, mayo, lemon juice, herbs and spices in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Slice lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers and place in the center of the tortilla.
  3. On top of the vegetables spread over the prawn mixture.
  4. Fold right and left sides of tortilla inwards, on the edge closes to you roll to close the tortilla, then cut in half.

Great served with pickles and fruit
