A quick and easy salmon recipe that would be perfect for either lunch or dinner. Serve with vegetables and maybe some garlic bread if you have calories and carbs spare!

150g Salmon, Steaks
1 Tbsp/15ml Juice, Lemon, Fresh, Average
1 Sachet/160g Vegetables, Mixed, Carrot, Cauliflower & Broccoli, Steamed Sachet, Good & Balanced, Asda
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas mark 4
1. Place 1 salmon steak on a piece of foil and sprinkle with lemon juice. Wrap up the foil and bake in the oven for 15 20 mins or until cooked.
Serve with steamed vegetables.
