A quick and easy salmon recipe that would be perfect for either lunch or dinner. Serve with vegetables and maybe some garlic bread if you have calories and carbs spare!

Ingredients

  • 150g Salmon, Steaks
  • 1 Tbsp/15ml Juice, Lemon, Fresh, Average
  • 1 Sachet/160g Vegetables, Mixed, Carrot, Cauliflower & Broccoli, Steamed Sachet, Good & Balanced, Asda

Method

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas mark 4

Method:

1. Place 1 salmon steak on a piece of foil and sprinkle with lemon juice. Wrap up the foil and bake in the oven for 15 – 20 mins or until cooked.

Serve with steamed vegetables.
