- 1 Mango/207g Mango, Ripe, Raw, without Peel & Stone, Flesh Only, Average
- 1 Sm/95g Banana, Raw, Flesh Only, Average
- 1 Serving/100g Yoghurt, Peach, Low Fat, Average
- 1 Glass/200ml Juice, Cranberry, No Added Sugar, Average
Prepare the mango, peel and remove the stone.
Place all ingredients in a blender and process to desired consistency.
Poor into a glass and enjoy
