Ingredients
- 2 shots Gin
- 25ml fresh lemon juice
- 10g sugar syrup
- 30ml carbonated soda water
- 1 slice lemon

Method
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
- Pour Gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup into the glass.
- Stir until well combined.
- Top up with soda water.
- Garnish with a wedge of lemon.
