  • 25ml fresh lemon juice
  • 10g sugar syrup
  • 30ml carbonated soda water
  • 1 slice lemon

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour Gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup into the glass.
  3. Stir until well combined.
  4. Top up with soda water.
