Tofu & Apple Smoothie Recipe

If you feel like being a bit adventurous give this apple and tofu smoothie a go! It’s really quick to make and will keep you going through the morning ready for lunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp almonds
  • ½ pint semi-skimmed milk
  • 112g tofu
  • 1 braeburn apple

Method

  1. Grind the nuts and seeds.
  2. Put all ingredients into blender or processor and whizz.
