Ingredients
209g pears
25g seed mix
200ml sweetened soya milk
100g blueberries
50g low fat cheese
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Method
Core, peel and chop the pear.
First whizz the nuts and seeds in a blender or processor till fine.
Then add the other ingredients and whizz till combined.
