A delicious, filling smoothie that is sure to give you a boost in the morning. High fibre, high protein and has over 4 of your 5 a day! What an ideal way to start the day

- 209g pears
- 25g seed mix
- 200ml sweetened soya milk
- 100g blueberries
- 50g low fat cheese
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- Core, peel and chop the pear.
- First whizz the nuts and seeds in a blender or processor till fine.
- Then add the other ingredients and whizz till combined.
