Pear & Blueberry Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 209g pears
  • 25g seed mix
  • 200ml sweetened soya milk
  • 100g blueberries
  • 50g low fat cheese
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Method

  1. Core, peel and chop the pear.
  2. First whizz the nuts and seeds in a blender or processor till fine.
  3. Then add the other ingredients and whizz till combined.
