Mojito, Cocktail Recipe

Mojito is a great cocktail to start with because it's easy to mix, but has some exotic ingredients that make it seem cleverer than it is. The skill is in mixing the ingredients together, but the Mojito is an easy cocktail to get started with. The perfect drink to have with friends and show of your cocktail making skills!

Ingredients
- 12 fresh mint leaves
- 2 slices fresh lime
- 1 tsp caster sugar
- 35ml Bacardi
- 130ml Sprite
Method
- Place the mint leaves, lime slice and sugar in the bottom of a glass and crush with a muddler.
- Fill a low ball glass tumbler with ice cubes, add the sugar and mint mixture and shot of Barcardi. Now fill the glass with Sprite or diet lemonade (or lime juice and soda) and stir.
