  • 100ml whisky
  • 25ml sweet vermouth
  • 1ml angostura bitters
  • 10g orange twist
  • 1 maraschino cherry

Method

  1. Place the whisky, sweet vermouth and angostura bitters into a mixing glass.
  2. Fill the glass with ice, stir the mixture until well combined and strain into a Martini glass.
  3. Garnish with an orange twist and maraschino cherry.
