Fresh Fruit Smoothie Recipe
A quick fix to any sleepy morning with 3 of your 5 a day, this fruit smoothie really packs a punch! Double up the recipe if you want to serve for friends or family. Ready in just 5 minutes, shove the fruit in a blender and blitz until thick and smooth.

- 140g pears
- 1 medium banana
- 224g strawberries
- 250g natural probiotic yoghurt
- ½ pint semi skimmed milk
- Wash and chop fruit.
- Put into blender with all other ingredients and blitz until smooth.
- Pour into 2 glasses. Serve.
