Fresh Fruit Smoothie Recipe

A quick fix to any sleepy morning with 3 of your 5 a day, this fruit smoothie really packs a punch! Double up the recipe if you want to serve for friends or family. Ready in just 5 minutes, shove the fruit in a blender and blitz until thick and smooth.

Ingredients

  • 140g pears
  • 1 medium banana
  • 224g strawberries
  • 250g natural probiotic yoghurt
  • ½ pint semi skimmed milk

Method

  1. Wash and chop fruit.
  2. Put into blender with all other ingredients and blitz until smooth.
  3. Pour into 2 glasses. Serve.
