A daiquiri is a family of cocktails that can be made with a variety of different flavours! This recipe make the simple, but classic daiquiri cocktail.

- 3 Shots/75ml Bacardi*, 37.5% Volume, Bacardi
- 1 Lime Juiced/50ml Juice, Lime, Fresh, Average
- 12.5g Syrup, Glucose, Liquid, Tube, Dr Oetker
- 1 Slice/11g Lime, Whole, Raw
MethodThis recipe here makes two cocktails (but you can halve the ingredients to make a single cocktail.
Mix the white rum, lime juice and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice cubes.
Shake for 15-30 seconds and strain into a cocktail glass.
Add a Slice of lime as a garnish.
