- 1 tsp caster sugar
- 50ml spiced rum

- Cut lime wedges.
- Add the lime wedges and sugar to a glass.
- Press down on the lime wedges and sugar in a highball glass using a muddler to extract juices and flavour.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Pour the rum into the glass.
- Stir thoroughly.
