Ingredients
- 1 small banana
- 80g blueberries
- 100g low fat greek yoghurt
Method
- Peel the banana and wash the blueberries.
- Put all the ingredients into a blender, or food processor, and blend until smooth.
- Some people may find this a little sharp (depending on the sweetness of the pineapple juice) - add a little sugar or sweetener if you want more sweetness, and blend again.
