Ingredients

  • 1 small banana
  • 80g blueberries
  • 100g low fat greek yoghurt

Method

  1. Peel the banana and wash the blueberries.
  2. Put all the ingredients into a blender, or food processor, and blend until smooth.
  3. Some people may find this a little sharp (depending on the sweetness of the pineapple juice) - add a little sugar or sweetener if you want more sweetness, and blend again.
