A great recipe for if you want to make a low calorie chicken dish with a kick. This mixture will go well with chicken breasts or any other chicken you’d like to serve! Plate up with some fresh green veg and fluffy mash, or rice with a sauce.

- 115g fresh lemon juice
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp ground cumin seeds
- 5g coriander leaves
- 200g skinless chicken breast fillets

- Crush the garlic, and juice the lemon. Combine garlic, lemon and the spices.
- Coat the chicken breast with the mixture and leave to marinate for as long as you can – from 30 minutes to several hours.
- Grill until cooked through (20 minutes or more depending on thickness), turning halfway through.
