Spicy Chicken Breast Recipe

A great recipe for if you want to make a low calorie chicken dish with a kick. This mixture will go well with chicken breasts or any other chicken you’d like to serve! Plate up with some fresh green veg and fluffy mash, or rice with a sauce.

Ingredients

  • 3g garlic
  • 115g fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp ground cumin seeds
  • 5g coriander leaves
  • 200g skinless chicken breast fillets

Method

  1. Crush the garlic, and juice the lemon. Combine garlic, lemon and the spices.
  2. Coat the chicken breast with the mixture and leave to marinate for as long as you can – from 30 minutes to several hours.
  3. Grill until cooked through (20 minutes or more depending on thickness), turning halfway through.
