Traditional English Breakfast, (my way) Recipe
A simple brunch that is full of protein and fibre. This low carb recipe is a great weekend brunch as it is healthy, quick and easy. Enjoy with a glass of fresh OJ for that real brunch feel.

- 2 dry cured back bacon
- 182g fresh tomatoes
- 1 large egg
- 30g medium multiseed bread
- 10g slightly salted butter
- Grill the bacon and tomato, poach the egg and toast the bread.
- Butter the toast and pop the egg onto it.
- Serve and enjoy
