Egg and Bacon with Toast

A simple brunch that is full of protein and fibre. This low carb recipe is a great weekend brunch as it is healthy, quick and easy. Enjoy with a glass of fresh OJ for that real brunch feel.

  • 2 dry cured back bacon
  • 182g fresh tomatoes
  • 1 large egg
  • 30g medium multiseed bread
  • 10g slightly salted butter


  1. Grill the bacon and tomato, poach the egg and toast the bread.
  2. Butter the toast and pop the egg onto it.
  3. Serve and enjoy
