Apple and Cinnamon Porridge

If you love porridge, try this lower calorie version. Using apples to bulk it out helps with keeping the calories down and adds dimension to the flavour. Plus it comes together in just 15 minutes.

- Calories: 259
- 30g porridge oats
- 210ml semi skimmed milk
- 1 small apple
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- Bring the oats and milk to boil in saucepan, stirring constantly.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
- Grate in the apple (no need to peel), stir and serve sprinkled with cinnamon. Yum!
