This smoothie has nearly all of your daily fruit and veg and is packed full of fibre. Quick and easy to make and really healthy, this is a great way to start the day.

  • 90g curly kale
  • 122g carrots
  • 40g frozen blueberries
  • 1 medium banana
  • 200ml unsweetened almond milk


  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend at high speed for 2 minutes until a smooth liquid consistency is formed.
  2. Drink immediately after blending.

Add water or ice as desired.
