Ingredients
- 90g curly kale
- 122g carrots
- 40g frozen blueberries
- 1 medium banana
- 200ml unsweetened almond milk
Method
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend at high speed for 2 minutes until a smooth liquid consistency is formed.
- Drink immediately after blending.
Add water or ice as desired.
