- 80g braeburn apple
- 30g fruit muesli
- 120g low fat fruit yoghurt

Method
Core and dice apple and add to a cereal bowl.
Weigh out the muesli and yoghurt then add to the diced apple - mix and enjoy.
The type of cereal, yoghurt and fruit can be altered to suit your preference - just adjust the calories accordingly. This recipe also travels well - ready made up - in a sealed a plastic container.
