Banana Pitta Pocket

Ingredients

  • 5g pure clear honey
  • 28g 0% fat greek yoghurt
  • 130g banana
  • 64g wholemeal pitta

Method

  1. Stir the honey into the yoghurt, add the sliced banana and stir gently to coat the banana.
  2. Split the pitta and fill with the banana mixture.
  3. Try adding a few fresh mint leaves for an extra zing!

For a refreshing morning start the banana will give you plenty of slow release carbohydrate to keep you​r energy levels high.
