Ingredients
- 5g pure clear honey
- 28g 0% fat greek yoghurt
- 130g banana
- 64g wholemeal pitta
Method
- Stir the honey into the yoghurt, add the sliced banana and stir gently to coat the banana.
- Split the pitta and fill with the banana mixture.
- Try adding a few fresh mint leaves for an extra zing!
For a refreshing morning start the banana will give you plenty of slow release carbohydrate to keep your energy levels high.
