  • 130g Banana, Raw, Flesh Only, Average
  • 5g Honey, Pure, Clear, Average
  • 1oz/28g Yoghurt, Greek, 0% Fat, Strained, Authentic, Total, Fage
  • 1 Pitta/64g Bread, Pitta, Wholemeal, Average

Method

For a refreshing morning start the banana will give you plenty of slow release carbohydrate to keep your energy levels high.

1 Stir the honey into the yogurt, add the sliced banana and stir gently to coat the banana.

2 Split the pitta and fill with the banana mixture.

Try adding a few fresh mint leaves for an extra zing!
