MethodFor a refreshing morning start the banana will give you plenty of slow release carbohydrate to keep your energy levels high.
1 Stir the honey into the yogurt, add the sliced banana and stir gently to coat the banana.
2 Split the pitta and fill with the banana mixture.
Try adding a few fresh mint leaves for an extra zing!
