  • 85g tomatoes
  • 50g bacon
  • 2 thin slices wholemeal bread

  1. Turn the grill on to a high heat and cook bacon as per instructions.
  2. Slice tomato and lightly toast the bread if preferred.
  3. Once bacon is cooked, arrange on bread/toast with tomato slices, serve and enjoy!

If you want to cut the calories further, try using turkey bacon or a quorn alternative.
