Ingredients
- 85g tomatoes
- 50g bacon
- 2 thin slices wholemeal bread

Method
- Turn the grill on to a high heat and cook bacon as per instructions.
- Slice tomato and lightly toast the bread if preferred.
- Once bacon is cooked, arrange on bread/toast with tomato slices, serve and enjoy!
If you want to cut the calories further, try using turkey bacon or a quorn alternative.
