ShareEverybody loves a fry up, try this low calorie, simple fry up on toast! Cook the eggs any way you like, just remember to change your food diary. Try adding a tablespoon of fresh salsa rather than tomato sauce for a tangy twist.

Ingredients
- 1 medium egg
- 23g rindless back bacon
- 30g fresh tomatoes
- 33g white bread

Method
- Turn the grill on to a high heat.
- Poach the eggs.
- Meanwhile, remove excess fat from the bacon and slice or quarter the tomatoes. Place under the grill until both are cooked to your liking.
- Toast the bread.
- When the eggs are ready and the bacon and tomatoes cooked, add them to the bread and enjoy.
