Get on down to Fit Street

Another reality TV show based on diet and exercise is due to hit the screens on August 31st. The series, Fit Street, will follow a group of people from Clapham Park, West London who try to improve their health via changes in diet and lifestyle.

The series is being sponsored by Flora, who are launching a new yoghurt drink, Pro.Activ which aims to lower cholesterol.

In an interview with Marketing magazine Flora senior brand manager Katie Quinton said, "Fit Street will show that by using expert advice and making small changes to diet and lifestyle, the health of the heart can be significantly improved."

Fit Street will be shown on Channel 4, afternoons between August 31st and September 3rd, and repeated mornings the following week.
