Fat Nation – The Nine Challenges

Each week the Fat Nation Programme will deliver a challenge to the nation, Here are the nine challenges:

Bottoms Up! – Clench your bottom at every opportunity

Fridge Laundry - Get rid of high fat and sugar foods and stock up with healthier alternatives

Get Active – Take every opportunity to walk and try a new sport.

Get Fruity – Make sure you get your 5 a day fruit and veg portions

The Big Walkabout – Try to take 10,000 steps a day

Portion Control – prepare to be shocked as ‘normal’ portion sizes are compared to what’s healthy.

Minor Chef – Get the kids into healthy cooking and eating.

Sporting Chance – Do anything to get 30 minutes of physical activity, 5 times a week.

Time to Tango – Get dancing to get your exercise.
