Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • ½ tsp white pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • 30ml water

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients together and then add also about 2 tablespoons of plain water. You can use a screw top jar to mix them together if you wish.

If you like, you can also add a little mustard (half a teaspoon) and/or some Oregano (half a teaspoon again), remembering to add the extra calories.
