Italian Salad Dressing with Reduced Oil

- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- ½ tsp white pepper
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- 30ml water
- Add all the ingredients together and then add also about 2 tablespoons of plain water. You can use a screw top jar to mix them together if you wish.
If you like, you can also add a little mustard (half a teaspoon) and/or some Oregano (half a teaspoon again), remembering to add the extra calories.
