Caesar Salad Low Calorie Dressing

  • 15ml Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
  • ½ Tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ¼ Tsp White Sugar
  • 10ml Balsamic Vinegar


1. Measure all ingredients into a screw top jar.

2. You can add salt and freshly ground black pepper for extra taste.

3. Put on the lid and give it a good shake!!!
