Venison Burger

Packed to the brim with protein, this venison burger recipe is quick and easy to make and it's something just that little bit different for dinner.

Ingredients
- 500g venison steak
- 125ml skimmed milk
- 50g breadcrumbs
- ½ onion
- 3 tbsps fresh parsley
- 3 egg yolks
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Method
Turn on the grill to a medium heat.
- Soak the breadcrumbs in the milk. Finely mince the venison.
- Place the minced venison into a large bowl. Add the parsley, onion, egg yolks, breadcrumbs, salt & pepper and mix thoroughly. Cover & put in the fridge until you are ready to cook.
- Shape the burgers onto rounds and cook under a preheated grill for 10 minutes until browned.
Serve with a fresh green salad.
