Ingredients
- 100g cherry tomatoes
- ¼ tsp salt
- 4 pumps sunflower oil spray
- ½ tsp balsamic vinegar
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- 1 slice wholemeal bread
Method
Preheat oven to 200°C / Gas Mark 6 / 400°F
- Toast the bread.
- Place the tomatoes on a baking tray and spray with the sunflower oil.
- Drizzle with the balsamic vinegar, sprinkle over the thyme and a pinch of salt to taste.
- Bake for 20 minutes and serve immediately on the toasted wholemeal bread.
