Ingredients

  • 100g cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 4 pumps sunflower oil spray
  • ½ tsp balsamic vinegar
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • 1 slice wholemeal bread

Method

Preheat oven to 200°C / Gas Mark 6 / 400°F

  1. Toast the bread.
  2. Place the tomatoes on a baking tray and spray with the sunflower oil.
  3. Drizzle with the balsamic vinegar, sprinkle over the thyme and a pinch of salt to taste.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes and serve immediately on the toasted wholemeal bread.
