- 2 Plums
- 3 Tsp Soft Brown Sugar
- ½ Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream, Too Good to be True, Wall's*
- Halve the plums and remove the stones, place in a shallow ovenproof dish.
- Brush with the vanilla essence and sprinkle with sugar.
- Place under a hot grill for 2-3 minutes, until golden.
- Serve with 2 scoops of ice cream.
