  • 1 banana
  • 1 pear
  • 112g low fat natural yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp clear honey
  • 250ml apple juice
  • 30g porridge oats


  1. Peel banana and peel & core the pear.
  2. Place in a food processor or smoothie maker along with the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a tall glass, add some ice cubes and enjoy.
