Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 pear
- 112g low fat natural yoghurt
- 1 tbsp clear honey
- 250ml apple juice
- 30g porridge oats
Method
- Peel banana and peel & core the pear.
- Place in a food processor or smoothie maker along with the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass, add some ice cubes and enjoy.
