Low Calorie Coleslaw

A great side dish for almost any meal! At under 100 calories per serving you can enjoy this crunchy coleslaw without a worry.

Ingredients
- ½ white cabbage
- ½ onion
- 2 carrots
- 100g low fat natural yoghurt
- 100g low fat mayonnaise
- 15g mustard
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
Method
- Finely chop the cabbage.
- Peel and grate the onion and carrots.
- Mix yoghurt, mayonniase, mustard and lemon juice in a large bowl.
- Add all veg to mixture in the bowl and stir through until evenly coated.
Alternatively, try going half and half with red and white cabbage, or if you love red onions swap your regular one for one of these instead!
