Low Calorie Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • ½ White Cabbage (375g)
  • ½ Medium Onion (90g)
  • 2 Carrots (100g)
  • 100g Natural, Low Fat Yoghurt
  • 100g Light Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp/15g Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tsp/5ml Lemon Juice

Method

  1. Mix yoghurt, mayonniase, mustard and lemon juice in a large bowl
  2. Finely chop the cabbage
  3. Grate the onion and carrots
  4. Add all veg to mixture in the bowl and stir through until evenly coated.

Alternative

Try going half and half with red and white cabbage, or if you love red onions swap your regular one for one of these instead!
